Bandoleer detail

Here's a view of the Bandoleer from the side.

The entire thing is made from pieces of scrap leather I picked up at the Renn Faire this summer for fifteen bucks. I never worked with leather before and was unsure how hard it would be to sew it so instead I decided to rivet the pieces together. The brass rivets work well with the steam punk theme anyway. I added a belt and buckle arrangement (visible above the holster) so it's adjustable to wear over bulky coats or whatever and the holster is actually removable. I can also adjust the holster up or down. I kept it pretty low slung because otherwise drawing the shotgun is problematic.
